Return Policy
At Don Alfredo Company Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
We take quality seriously! Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
- Your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- You received the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
- Custom or personalized items.
- Personal care products (e.g., beauty items).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Note: Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, the quickest way is to:
- Return the original item following our return process.
- Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the same conditions as stated above (unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging), and you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
